Dear Sir,
I wish to bring to you kind notice that I got married last month. My husband is posted at Lahore, So it is very difficult for me to remain at Karachi alone. Moreover, he has arranged a job for me there.
Hence, I cannot continue with my present job in your concern, I am therefore, submitting my resignation with effect from June 18, 19 which constitutes one months notice, as per Rules stipulated in my appointment letter.
I also request you to relieve me as soon as the period of notice expires.
